ASP’s CEO and President, Lyle Rawlings
Advocacy & Policy
At the heart of ASP’s mission to create a sustainable future, lies the company’s work to help shape solar policy in a way that ensures the maximum adoption of renewable energy in the markets we serve. For over 20 years, ASP’s CEO and President, Lyle Rawlings has monitored proposed legislation and lobbied for regulatory changes that just make sense.
Mr. Rawlings has also served as a consultant to numerous municipalities as they seek to meet their clean energy goals through the implementation of solar and storage. ASP is a tireless advocate for responsible legislation that provides access to renewable energy for ALL market sectors while balancing the coincident cost to ratepayers.
